* You can check your order details with the orderer name and mobile phone number.
Order status
- Enter orderer name or order number in the search box below.
- Please enter the mobile phone number you entered upon ordering to prevent the leakage of personal information.
- The search period is 90 days from the order date.
Delivery tracking
- You can track your delivery from 10 am the day after shipment (Excluding weekends, holidays, and temporary holidays).
- How to check the tracking number: Go to Order status/Delivery tracking and click Check delivery status
- You can track your package after entering the tracking number on CJ Logistics website (www.cjlogistics.com)
