* Once the status in Delivery tracking is “It has been shipped to the courier,” orders cannot be cancelled.
Cancel order
- Enter orderer name or order number in the search box below.
- Please enter the mobile phone number you entered upon ordering to prevent the leakage of personal information.
- Check order details and click Cancel/Change button to cancel the order.
- Refund will take up to 10 days, and the payment will be deposited into the account you entered when placing the order (Only for deposit without a bankbook (virtual account)).
- Credit card payment and account transfer will be cancelled respectively.
Check with the orderer name and mobile phone number.
