Shipping (Order approval, packaging, shipping) information
Please note that order approval, packaging, and shipping are processed as follows for orders made online.
- Order approval
(2nd) Weekdays 2:00 pm: Payment completed from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on the same day

※ Delivery takes about two to four days (Excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of shipment. In the beginning of the new school year, and in cases of islands, mountainous areas, and remote areas, there may be a delay of four days or more depending on the circumstances of the courier company.
For detailed delivery status, you can track the cargo on the CJ Logistics website (www.cjlogistics.com) after the date of shipment (Delivery inquiry: CJ Logistics: 1588-1255).
※Returns can be made only for books that have arrived at the Association within 10 days from the date of arrival.
Bundled shipping
Bundled shipping is available only for orders with the same order approval time and information of the recipient including name, mobile phone number, and address must be the same.
※ Bundled shipping may not be available during the peak season (February and March), as orders are shipped from time to time for fast delivery to customers.
Delivery fee
The delivery fee should be paid in advance, all orders incur a delivery fee, and a delivery fee is incurred per box.
- Jeju area: 3,000 won/box
- Island area: 5,000 won/box
Other
If you order textbooks for multiple subjects, please put them in book cart and place the order at once. The order quantity may be limited inevitably for students who have lost their textbooks or for transfer students.
※ Electronic invoices can be issued by the 10th of the month following the transaction date.
